Rowan Peake

Rowan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with a passion for volleyball and all sports. His focus is on preparing clients for life’s physical demands and challenges. Currently, Rowan works at Prevail Conditioning, where he has been for almost two years, and also serves as the assistant boys’ beach volleyball coach at Santa Barbara High School. Starting his strength training journey at 12, inspired by his mother, Rowan now brings over 15 years of experience and knowledge to his students and clients, which he is excited to share with the 805 Beach community!

He pursued studies in kinesiology and nutrition at Santa Barbara City College before furthering his education at the California College of Ayurveda, where he expanded his understanding of holistic healthcare and nutrition. Rowan’s love for health and good food has also led him to horticulture, where he is dedicated to cultivating plants and promoting sustainability. Bridget Lewis

With over seven years of experience in the fitness industry, Bridget is excited to bring her passion for health and wellness to 805 Beach as the new fitness coach. Her mission is to help individuals of all ages unlock their potential, boost energy, and embrace a healthier lifestyle through functional movement and effective strength training.

Bridget has been with Bond Fitness for six years and The Base for four years, specializing in strength and conditioning. She designs personalized programs that focus on building muscle, increasing endurance, and improving functional fitness. Whether working with beginners or experienced athletes, Bridget emphasizes stability, mobility, and injury prevention for long-term wellness.

Believing that fitness should be accessible to everyone, Bridget integrates strength training into daily routines, helping to enhance overall well-being and functional capacity.
